Detox Popsicles Recipe

Are you looking for a sweet treat for those hot summer nights? These detox popsicles are packed with nutrients to help restore balance back to the gut!

 

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 4 cups green apple, juiced

  • 1⁄2 cup lime juice

  • 1⁄2 cup mint leaves

  • 1⁄2 cup coconut cream

 

Method

  1. Pop the green apple juice, lime juice and mint leaves in a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Pour into popsicle moulds and top with coconut cream, then freeze overnight.
